By accessing or using the TenX Card platform, website, or mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

To use the Platform, you must be of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

3. Account Creation and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.   

TenX Card reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms and Conditions.

4. Services

TenX Card offers a platform for users to open US bank accounts, manage cryptocurrencies, and use the TenX Card. The availability and features of the Platform may change without notice.

5. Fees and Charges

TenX Card reserves the right to charge fees for certain services. Fees will be clearly communicated to users before they are charged.

Users are responsible for all fees charged by their financial institutions or payment providers.

6. User Conduct

Users agree to use the Platform in a lawful and responsible manner.

Users are prohibited from engaging in any activity that may harm TenX Card other users.

TenX Card reserves the right to terminate accounts for any violation of these Terms and Conditions.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Platform and its content belong to TenX Card or its licensors. Users may not use, reproduce, or distribute any intellectual property without TenX's written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

TenX Card shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.   

9. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold TenX Card harmless from any claims or damages arising from their use of the Platform.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

TenX Card reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Singapore].
